Despatch and delivery
Once the customer has ordered some goods they need to be despatched.

Order details will be sent to the warehouse nearest the customer's location, where the goods will be packaged and labelled.

A courier service may be used to collect the package and deliver it to the customer's address. Many couriers use tracking services so it is possible for the customer to see where his package has got to.

The customer may receive an email when his package has been despatched, with details of expected time of delivery.
