Multimedia Presentation
Information may be presented to an audience in the form of a multimedia presentation.

A presentation consists of a sequence of slides that may include..

  • video clips

The transition of slides from one to the next may be timed or initiated by the viewer.

Presentations can be displayed on computer monitors or projected onto interactive whiteboards or large screens.

 

Software used for the creation of a multimedia presentation will have the following facilities:
  • creation and editing of a slide
  • formatting of text
  • import of text, graphics or sounds
  • animation - movement of text or graphics
  • transition - the way one slide changes to the next can be set
