		- Forming - People meet together as a 
		team but are working independently as individuals.
 
		- Storming - There may be a stage of 
		conflict where individuals try to assert themselves, and leaders emerge. 
		This stage may be unpleasant and contentious -Tolerance and patience are 
		needed. Ineffective teams get stuck in this stage.
 
		- Norming - The team begins to work 
		together, agreeing on rules and methods of tackling the problems. Team 
		members begin to trust each other and start to recognise skills in 
		others, and begin to rely on each other for help.
 
		- Performing - The team works together 
		effectively to solve the problems. The team functions as a unit and gets 
		things done smoothly and effectively.
 
		- Mourning - The team breaks up having 
		achieved its goals.
