      | The role of the Learning Coach | Supporting learners identified as being 'at risk' not to achieve their qualificaitons either through:  
          a 'one off' session a series of sessions  | 
 
     
      | The role of the LSA | Either working with a group or individual learner:  
          To take notes in practical sessions to be used in theory sessions To complete relevant reports/paperwork To support learners with handouts/worksheets-reading and explaining where necessary Adapt resources to meet learner's needs To be an extra pair of eyes in relation to health & safety issues Supervise small group work directed by the tutor Feedback to course tutor/Learning Support Co-ordinator on learner issues Support learners who have fallen behind with their work They are NOT just there for photocopying!!  |
