Phil Williams set up Plan-It Eco 20 years ago after working in Central America and visiting the Amazon Rainforest with the aim of encouraging people of all ages, backgrounds and faiths to become actively involved in creating a sustainable future.

Phil has worked with many organisation such as Size of Wales, The Environment Centre; Swansea, Fairtrade, Groundwork Trust, International Bee Research Association, WWF (UK), Marine Conservation Society, Countryside Council for Wales now Natural Resources Wales and Rotary International. For the last 8 years he has been a Sustainability and ESDGC consultant for Neath Port Talbot College Group developing and running student/learner programmes for different subject areas and staff training on the importance of Sustainability. He also assists schools and businesses with their application for Eco School Green flag and The Green Dragon Awards.
