iPad competition closing date coming soon

Young people in Powys are reminded that the closing date for a competition which has an iPad as its prize is rapidly approaching.

The Positive Pathways Powys group is offering an iPad for the best logo design for the partnership – which aims to highlight the choices available to Powys young people after they finish compulsory education at Year 11.

The closing date for the competition is the end of January and the competition is open to all secondary school pupils in Powys and Powys-based NPTC Group students.

Entry forms are available from Powys secondary schools or can be obtained by emailing Jayne.bevan@powys.gov.uk.

The Positive Pathways Powys group brings together Powys County Council, secondary schools in the county, the NPTC Group of Colleges, Powys Association of Voluntary Organisations (PAVO), Careers Wales and Cambrian Training, who are working together to make it easier for young people to choose what to do after Year 11.
