will need to fully describe the site and examine how easy it is for
customers to move around the site and find different items. Use plenty of
screen shots to illustrate your study. Is there a search facility? Does the site use frames? Suggest how it could be improved.

You need to give a description of all the goods or services that can be
bought on the site. You may need to categorise the items on a large
site.

What information is given about the products? Is there enough detail?
Are there clear pictures?

What can a customer do on the site? (Buy goods, subscribe to a magazine,
arrange life insurance) Do first time customers need to register? How
can payments be made? How easy is it to carry out a transaction? Can a customer check on the status of an order?
