Customer Service

This learning unit gives learners a brief customer service course on why good customer service is important, the concept of internal and external customers, the skills needed and customers expectations in a sports centre. The learner is then given the opportunity to handle a customer's complaint about a double booking by selecting an appropriate course of action. By selecting the incorrect response to the customer they are able to see the consequences of inappropriate action.
