Problems logging in to Moodle and/or O365!

Please note: Your password is always the same for EVERY college system!

Moodle Login

Username: Student ID ONLY.

Password: (unless you’ve already changed it) Student ID followed immediately by your Post Code – no spaces, all in capitals!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE MOODLE APP. It is not compatible with our version of Moodle - the app is too out of date!

You can also check the following when trying to log in to Moodle:

- That you are clicking on “Log in” in the top right corner of the screen and the log in screen then has a blue back ground.

 

Office 365 Login (Teams, Email, OneDrive, etc)

Username: Student ID followed immediately by @nptcgroup.ac.uk (eg. 123456@nptcgroup.ac.uk)

Password: (unless you’ve already changed it) Student ID followed immediately by your Post Code – no spaces, all in capitals!

Reset Password – ONLY IT Services can change passwords. Students need to contact IT Services themselves by emailing ITServices@nptcgroup.ac.uk
