  • Before the session
    • You will also need to design your own consent form and your own PAR Q. Click here to see an example but for assessment purposes you must design your own. Once completed ask somoene to fill it up and put in your portfolio. Attach these with the worksheet . Make sure you label each assessment as indicated on the worksheet.
    • Download this health and safety form and complete it for the gym you intend to do your assessment. Keep a copy in your portfolio as you will need to show this to the assessor during the practical session.
    • Finally download the session planner. You will use this to construct  all your sessions. You will have a session planner for:

      • warm up
      • preparatory stretch
      • cv session
      • machine weights
      • free weights
      • Cool down
